Where and when is the tournament?
The tournament takes place on 8 August 2026 from 9am to 3pm, at The Track at New Balance.

I registered my team and paid, now what?
Hang tight! You'll receive an email with instructions on next steps, that includes information about fundraising, directions, and team member information.
What if I don't hit the fundraising goal?
If you can't make the fundraising goal, the remaining balance will be charged to the card on file of the team member that registered for the tournament. We are confident that you'll be able to crush that goal, though!
Can I buy spectator tickets at the door?
Of course! Tickets will be available at the door for $12. You can get $2 off your day-of tickets, by swabbing at the NMDP booth and joining the National Marrow Donor Program.
What is NMDP?
NMDP is the National Marrow Donor Program, which is the registry that is used to find stem cell and bone marrow transplant matches for those in need of a transplant.
Is there food available during the tournament?
Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide food during the tournament, BUT you are allowed to bring in your own food from outside. There is quite a selection of amazing food at The Landing and we love to support local businesses.
Is there somewhere I can store my things, while I play?
Yes! All teams will have access to the locker rooms, complete with walk-in showers and lockers.
Is there a dress code?
We invite you to come as you are, with one exception. Please, no heels. The court is brand new and heels would destroy the court and all of the hard work that this amazing staff has put in.
I donated on your website. Can I have a receipt?
Yes, of course! HOOPS is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we are so thankful for each donation. You should receive a donation receipt within 24 hours of your donation. If you have not received a receipt, please email us at info@hoopsforpatients.org.
How can I become an event sponsor?
